摘要
本工作报告了光泵浦外腔半导体激光器在1003.4 nm处的单频激光振荡。通过使用键合在高导热性衬底上的增益结构,我们在理论和实验上证明了有源半导体介质热阻的显著降低,从而产生高功率激光发射。还解释了激光的光谱-时间动力学。此外,使用腔内倍频晶体获得了稳定的单模蓝光(501.5 nm)产生,输出功率约为60 mW。
