DyFeO3中多铁性与短程磁序的同步出现

摘要
我们报道了对多铁性DyFeO3的中子散射与磁化联合研究,该材料展现出极强的磁电效应。沿c轴施加磁场时,Fe离子的弱铁磁序从自旋重取向转变中迅速恢复,而Dy的长程反铁磁序变为短程序。我们发现该短程序与多铁相同时发生,并是其显著滞后的原因。我们的H-T相图表明,DyFeO3中的强磁电效应不仅需通过Fe的弱铁磁性、也需通过Dy的短程反铁磁序来理解。
