基于弱值形式主义的亚波长结构多参数同时测量

摘要
在光学聚焦矢量光束散射测量实验中，提出了弱值形式主义向多参数同时测量的数学推广。在该例中，预选和后选通过空间变化偏振控制实现，可定制以优化对参数变化的灵敏度。针对双参数情形的初步实验表明，该方法可用于测量物理参数，其分辨率至少比照明波长小 1000 倍。
