低磁致伸缩薄膜中应力阻抗效应的模拟

摘要
基于Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert方程的解，对应力阻抗效应进行了理论研究。结果表明，应力阻抗效应在很大程度上取决于几个外在参数（外部偏置场、外部频率）和内在参数（单轴各向异性的取向和大小、阻尼）。
