我们阐明了高级开源软件包 Pyomo 在快速建立与求解动态仿真及优化问题方面的优势。为此，我们以 Williams-Otto 过程为例。我们展示了如何利用 Pyomo 提供的配置法（collocation method）与 IPOPT 求解器仿真过程动力学。我们还讨论了废弃物最小化与产率最大化这两个示例性过程优化问题。最后，我们提出并比较了两种设定值跟踪方法：一种基于比例-积分反馈控制，另一种基于最优开环控制。
