摘要
提出了一种基于游标微环和宽带定向耦合器的滤波器设计,用于下一代DCI应用中的ASE噪声抑制。我们展示了一种无FSR的40 nm滤波器,其平均消光比(ER)大于20.5 dB,3dB带宽为75 GHz,实现了波长无关性能和完全可调谐性,最大调谐温度为75 K。
