激子系统中相变的电导特征

摘要
我们分析了激子双层系统中的两个相变：一个是到宿主 Majorana 费米子相的拓扑相变，另一个是到 Wigner 晶体相的相变。利用针对不同相的通用简单模型，我们讨论了后者在接触金属引线时的电导性质，并展示了通过简单电导测量观测不同相变的可能性。
