串联量子点接触间隔混沌腔体的散射噪声

摘要
我们理论和实验研究了形成二维电子气中腔体序列的串联量子点接触的散射噪声。该结构中的噪声来源于点接触处的局部散射以及腔体内电子的混沌运动。我们发现，考虑腔体噪声后，测得的散射噪声与理论预测具有较好的一致性。
