核结构捷径：Hartree-Fock、RPA与无核壳模型中的启示

摘要
尽管无核壳模型是一种最先进的低能核结构微观方法，但其巨大的计算需求促使我们考虑久经考验的近似，如Hartree-Fock（HF）近似和随机相位近似（RPA）。我们回顾RPA并指出一些常见的误解，然后将HF+RPA应用于无核壳模型。这里的主要问题在于对质心虚假运动的污染的适当处理。
