摘要
我们采用13种密度泛函近似,讨论了 (LSCO)在 和 时的晶体、电子与磁结构,这些近似代表了Perdew-Schmidt层级中的局域、半局域和杂化交换关联近似。发现meta广义梯度近似(meta-GGA)泛函类在捕捉典型高温铜基超导体LSCO的关键性质方面表现良好。相比之下,局域自旋密度近似、GGA和杂化密度泛函未能捕捉掺杂下的金属-绝缘体转变。
