模块类型包（MTP）中能源数据的语义模型

摘要
采用模块类型包（MTP）来描述模块接口的模块化生产系统目前只能通过专有解决方案来传递能源数据。由于此限制，用户在计算模块的能源 KPI 或确定模块能源效率时面临额外的工作负担。为解决此问题，我们提出了一种模型，旨在基于工业标准（OPC 34100）在 MTP 中对能源数据进行语义描述和统一。集成本模型的 MTP 可以将语义一致的能源数据从模块传递到过程控制系统，使数据可用于进一步应用，如监控或优化。
