数字社会中儿童的安全——一种基于权利与研究伦理的路径

摘要
在本立场文件中，我们呈现了来自项目“SIKID——数字世界中的儿童安全”的初步观点与研究成果。该项目置于德国语境中，聚焦于人工智能发展的欧洲框架，以及保护儿童免受算法中介的在线通信过程中产生的安全风险。该项目强化相关利益相关者网络，探索监管措施并告知政策制定者，发展一种儿童权利路径以应对儿童在线安全问题，同时发展一种研究伦理路径以开展关于网络诱拐和对儿童性暴力等在线危害的儿童研究。
