摘要
我们讨论绝热迪克模型中几何相位的热力学与有限尺寸标度性质，该模型描述与慢振荡模耦合的 量子比特寄存器的超辐射相变。我们表明，在热力学极限下，仅当参数空间中的路径环绕临界点时，才获得非零贝里相位。进而，我们研究有限尺寸系统此临界行为的先兆，并得到贝里相位及其临界指数的 1/N 展开的首阶。
