硅纳米波导中自相位调制对拉曼放大的饱和效应

摘要
我们实验证明,由光学克尔效应和自由载流子折射共同引起的皮秒泵浦脉冲的自相位调制,对绝缘体上硅纳米波导中可实现的最大通断拉曼增益产生不利影响,导致其饱和。根据测量的展宽输出泵浦光谱对拉曼增益系数进行的简单计算,与在不同输入泵浦功率下实验观察到的放大拉曼信号的饱和行为完美匹配。
