S-AMP：通用矩阵系综的近似消息传递算法

摘要
本文提出了一种用于线性观测系统的新型迭代估计算法，称为 S-AMP。在大系统极限下，该算法的不动点是在一组（一阶和二阶）矩一致性约束下精确吉布斯自由能的驻点。S-AMP 将近似消息传递 (AMP) 算法扩展到了通用矩阵系综。这一推广基于测量矩阵谱的 S 变换（源自自由概率论）。此外，我们证明了 S-AMP 的最优性直接源于其设计，而不像 AMP 那样需要求解单独的优化问题。
