967 颗螺旋星系的旋转曲线：关于暗物质的启示

我们报告了 967 颗螺旋星系的旋转曲线，这些旋转曲线通过对 Mathewson 等人 (1992) 发表的原始数据进行去投影和折叠获得。在此过程中，80 颗星系符合客观卓越标准，适合进行 individual 详细质量建模，而 820 颗星系适合进行统计研究。对其性质的初步分析确认了旋转曲线是亮度的普函数，暗物质在螺旋星系中的比例随亮度降低而增加。对暗暗 halo virial 半径的定量考虑允许我们对其结构和本质作出假设。去投影折叠后的曲线、平滑后的曲线以及各种相关量均可通过匿名 ftp 于 ftp://galileo.sissa.it/users/ftp/pub/psrot 获取。
