角动量的调节是我们理解星体演化的关键过程。与太阳质量星体不同，极低质量 (VLM) 天体和棕矮星被认为是完全对流的。这可能导致旋转和活动性有很大不同，因为完全对流天体可能不具备太阳类型涡旋。我们在这里报告我们理解 VLM 天体旋转演化的观测努力。
