室温稳定单光子源

摘要
我们报道了一种稳定的固态室温单光子源的实现。它基于金刚石纳米晶体中单个氮空位(NV)色心的荧光。在连续和脉冲激发下均在荧光中观察到了反聚束现象。我们的源在 10 MHz 激发重复频率下每秒提供 2*10^4 个单光子脉冲。与强衰减相干源相比,双光子脉冲的数量减少了五倍。
