摘要
在本白皮书中,我们回顾了为罗曼高纬时域巡天(Roman High-latitude Time Domain Survey)选择天区位置时的五个首要考量。基于这些考量,我们推荐南半球的赤外深场南(Akari Deep Field South, ADFS)/欧几里得深场南(Euclid Deep Field South, EDFS),因其可避开亮星、银河系尘埃极少、位于罗曼连续观测区、与多项过去及未来的巡天重叠,且黄道背景变化最小。在北半球,扩展 Groth 条带(Extended Groth Strip, EGS)除黄道变化外较为理想,而超新星/加速探针北天区(Supernova/Acceleration Probe North, SNAP-N)与欧洲大天区红外空间天文台巡天北一区(European Large Area Infrared Space Observatory Survey-North 1, ELAIS N-1)除协同档案数据较少外也较为理想。
