摘要
近年来，构建基于本体的问答系统成为一种新趋势。这些系统利用语义网信息为用户提供更精确的答案。然而，这些系统大多专为英语设计。在本文中，我们介绍了一种名为 KbQAS 的基于本体的问答系统，据我们所知，这是首个专为越南语开发的系统。KbQAS 采用了我们的问题分析方法，该方法系统地构建语法规则知识库，将每个输入问题转换为中间表示元素。随后，KbQAS 针对目标本体获取该中间表示元素，并应用概念匹配技术返回答案。在广泛的越南语问题测试中，实验结果表明 KbQAS 的性能令人鼓舞，其输入问题分析和输出答案检索的准确率分别达到 84.1% 和 82.4%。此外，我们的问题分析方法可轻松应用于新领域和新语言，从而节省时间和人力。
