电弱真空稳定性中全单圈规范预因子的修正

摘要
我们重新审视了标准模型中电弱真空的衰变率,并考虑了全单圈预因子。我们聚焦于规范自由度,并利用群论论证推导了泛函行列式中出现的简并因子。我们的处理表明,横向模式先前被高估了,因此我们修正了预因子那部分的计算。新结果将规范场的贡献修正了6%,并略微减小了先前预测的电弱真空寿命,该寿命仍远长于宇宙年龄。我们对横向模式简并的讨论适用于任何涉及四维规范场的泛函行列式计算。
