SrTiO$_3$(110)表面低氧空位密度热力学稳定相之间的可逆转变

摘要
利用扫描隧道显微镜和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究了SrTiO(110)的表面重构。通过调节表面金属浓度[Sr]或[Ti],可以控制(4×1)和(5×1)之间的可逆相变。解析表面原子结构后,DFT计算验证了相稳定性随Sr或Ti化学势的变化。特别地,在热力学稳定的SrTiO(110)表面上,氧空位密度较低。
