摘要
我们介绍了用于大规模快速跟进天文事件的VOEventNet基础设施，包括选择、注释、机器智能和观测协调。VOEvent标准是这一愿景的核心，采用分布式和复制服务而非集中式设施。我们还描述了连接到网络的一些事件代理、服务和软件。这些技术在未来几年将变得更加重要，因为来自Gaia、LOFAR、LIGO、LSST等的新事件流将不断涌现。
