等离激元-极化激元金属中的谐振器通道下载滤波器

摘要
研究了等离激元-极化激元金属中的通道下载滤波器。结果表明光可以被高效地下载。通过FDTD方法获得的结果与耦合模理论的结果一致。研究还表明，在不考虑金属损耗的情况下，通道下载系统的品质因数达到4000。如果考虑损耗，品质因数会显著降低，这也导致了下载效率的降低。
