摘要
测量了铁氧磷族超导体PrFeAsO0.7(Tc=42 K)单晶在Fe K-edge的共振非弹性X射线散射(RIXS)谱。谱图显示一个以约4.5 eV能量损失为中心的弱宽特征,当入射能量调谐到4p白线附近时,该特征略有共振增强。我们初步将其归因于As 4p和Fe 3d之间的电荷转移激发。
