利用含硼酸甲醇溶液合成的硼掺杂多壁碳纳米管的电阻率降低

摘要

利用含硼酸的甲醇溶液作为源材料合成了硼掺杂多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)。使用电子束光刻技术制备了四点接触装置,对单根硼掺杂 MWNT 的电阻率进行了精确测量。掺杂的硼提供了传导载流子,从而降低了 MWNT 的电阻率。
