我们回复Ao在其评论(cond-mat/9801180)中提出的批评。由于无法正确处理超导体混合态中的霍尔电导率，Ao试图在微观和唯象计算以及相应实验中寻找可能的错误。我们分析了他在处理该问题(cond-mat/9704247)时的错误。我们指出他所倡导的方法在何处未能正确解释与杂质及其他弛豫源的相互作用。
