摘要
我们建议使用有效中微子质量矩阵中 的弱基准无关条件，以消除从目前和未来可行实验中获得的数据对中微子质量矩阵重构所存在的歧义。在此框架中，我们专门研究了 的完整重构，重点关注Majorana CP 违背相位与各种混合角的相关性。KamLAND 结果对有效中微子质量参数的影响也简要讨论。
