摘要

我们考虑了卡伦-韦尔顿和奈奎斯特涨落-耗散关系对于类等离子体经典和量子系统的联系。我们研究了在平衡态电流-电流关联函数中出现耗散参数的条件。本文提出了支持奈奎斯特定理限制的论据，并反对在量子情况下违反卡伦-韦尔顿定理。
