磁流变液中的再分散性及其对MRF配方的相关意义

摘要
在解释MR效应物理模型进展方面极为重要的研究(兼具理论与实验结果)试图使MRF配方尽可能简单,通常仅含两种组分:磁性分散相与载液。许多MRF专利包含三或四种组分,如某些表面活性剂和触变性添加剂。为了针对不同应用(如MR减振器、离合器、制动器)配制良好且可靠的MRF,MRF的再分散性是一项挑战,但对于实验室外真实世界应用而言却是必需的关键性质。本章展示了如何测量和评估MRF的再分散性。
