脂滴（LDs）曾被视为单纯的脂质储存库，如今因其在细胞过程（包括代谢、膜运输以及肥胖和癌症等疾病状态）中的复杂作用而受到重视。本综述探讨了无标记成像技术在脂滴研究中的应用。我们讨论了全息层析成像与振动光谱显微镜，强调其在无需分子标记条件下研究脂滴的潜力，并着重指出人工智能日益深入的融合。文中也考量了其在疾病诊断与治疗中的临床应用。
