摘要
生物细胞的三维成像对于细胞生物学研究至关重要，为揭示细胞与组织病理生理学背后的机制提供有价值的信息。光学衍射层析(ODT)近期的进展已展现出利用其定量且无标记成像能力的独特优势研究多种细胞的潜力。为深入了解这一快速发展的研究领域并讨论其在生物学与医学中的应用，我们给出了ODT原理的综述，并重点介绍了利用ODT的最新研究，强调其在细胞病理生理学中的应用。
