基于 Vision Transformer 检测胃肠道微生物胶囊内镜视频中的罕见疾病

摘要
本工作对应 Gastro Competition 多标签分类胃肠道微生物胶囊内镜视频（CEV）。基于 Transformer 的深度学习网络用于该任务。基于在线模式为 Google Vision Transformer（ViT）batch16，分辨率为 224×224。总共对 17 个标签进行分类，这些标签包括：口腔、食管、胃、小肠、结肠、Z 线、 pylorus、回肠-盲肠 valve、活出血、血管扩张、血液、溃疡、红润、血红素、淋巴管扩张、息肉和溃疡。在三个测试视频的数据集上，整体 [email protected] 为 0.0205，而整体 [email protected] 为 0.0196。
