MgB2-xCx 中的拉曼研究

摘要
对 MgB2-xCx（x=0.0 -0.30）进行拉曼散射测量。约 600 cm-1 范围内的宽拉曼带，对应 MgB2 中的 E2g 模态，随碳含量增加而变窄并减弱。对于 x>0.15，出现新的一组带位于 1200 cm-1，可能源于 B-C 或 E2g 模态。Tc 随碳掺杂的降低似乎与此变化相关。
