MgB2在压力下下的拉曼光谱与晶格参数

摘要
我们报道了在高达15 GPa的高压条件下, polycrystalline MgB2的拉曼光谱和同步X射线衍射晶格参数测量结果。观察到620 cm⁻¹处的拉曼峰异常呈宽化,并表现出显著的线性压力位移。该峰的大型模阻尼和Gruneisen参数表明该模式(E2g中平面硼伸缩模)具有高度各向异性,与理论预测一致。所得结果可为系统内的电子-声子耦合提供额外约束。
