立方和六方 SrMnO$_3$ 的拉曼光谱

摘要
我们报告了两种晶型 SrMnO（立方和六方）的首次光学表征。展示了通过显微拉曼光谱仪器在室温收集的拉曼光谱。立方型复合物的光谱表现为弱且较宽的峰，符合群论预测——该复合物无拉曼活性声子。另一方面，六方型复合物的光谱显示六个窄峰，归因于一声子过程。通过对单个晶体的完整偏振分析，我们完全指定了六个观察到的峰的对称性。还提出了每个声子峰对应的原子位移。
