辐射诱导的“零电阻态”与光子助力输运

摘要
我们展示了二维电子气中观察到的辐射诱导的“零电阻态”是由能态密度的非平凡结构以及光子助力输运的结果。我们提出了一个结构无关的量子隧穿结的模型，其中系统具有振荡性态密度，捕捉了实验中大部分重要特征。我们给出了光子助力输运的普遍系统的广义Kubo-Greenwood导电性公式，表明均匀系统中同样的输运异常现象亦存在。
