CVD 金刚石辐射硬度与线性度研究

摘要
我们报告了 CVD 金刚石在强烈电磁辐射下的行为以及探测器对高能量沉积密度响应的特性。实验表明，在 10 MGy 的 MeV 能谱光子剂量下，金刚石未受到影响；金刚石对 250 GeV/ 能量沉积的响应在更准确地 2% 以内是线性的。这些观察结果表明，金刚石是 TESLA 探测器非常前向区域提议中用于制作热力学器材的吸引性材料。
