低温光链路的研发

摘要
光链路的若干关键有源和无源组件已在77 K或更低温度下进行了测试,展示了在液氩时间投影室(LArTPC)探测器低温恒温器内部运行的光链路的潜在发展。采用商用0.25微米蓝宝石上硅CMOS工艺制造的环形振荡器、单个MOSFET以及一个高速16:1串行器,分别持续工作于从室温至4.2 K、15 K和77 K的温度范围。三种类型的激光二极管从室温至77 K均可激射。光纤和光连接器从室温至77 K表现出微小的衰减变化。
