高T_c超导体中的准粒子与c轴一致跳跃

摘要
我们研究了广义t-J模型中低能量准粒子谱的问题，并分析描述弱耦合平面之间一致跳跃的过程。我们从描述Cu-O平面及其之间金属原子所致的未占据能带的两带模型出发，获得描述c轴电荷转移的有效跳跃矩阵元。计算表明，在掺杂浓度接近及低于最优掺杂时，电荷各向异性异常较大。
