基于暗能量巡天的连续谱反响映射测量类星体吸积盘尺寸

摘要

我们基于暗能量巡天(Dark Energy Survey)的 grizgriz 光变曲线,给出了 15 个红移 0.7z1.90.7 \leq z \leq 1.9 亮类星体的吸积盘尺寸测量。我们利用两种方法通过连续谱反响映射测量盘尺寸,两种方法均源于吸积盘具有径向温度梯度、且给定半径处的连续谱辐射可用单一黑体很好描述的预期。第一种方法测量多波段光变曲线之间的相对时延,从而得到短波与长波变化之间的相对时间滞后。由此,我们仅能给出盘尺寸的上限约束,因为许多源在 2σ\sigma 水平上与时延为零相符。第二种方法直接拟合标准薄盘的模型参数,而非求解光变曲线之间的各个时间滞后。我们的测量结果与盘在 0.3–1 倍爱丁顿吸积率下由该模型预测的尺寸吻合良好。鉴于较大的不确定性,我们的测量也与强引力透镜类星体的引力微透镜研究以及其他测光反响映射结果(其盘尺寸比预测值大约数倍(\sim3))一致。
