摘要
我们概述了量子理论中一个迄今缺乏适当解决方案的基本问题的解决方案，即寻找必要的量子理论框架，以保证计算出的运动原子（作为与Maxwell场相互作用的带电粒子复合系统）的逆自发辐射速率恰好如时间膨胀那样减慢。
