摘要
半导体量子点结合超快光谱技术是构建可扩展量子信息处理架构的主要候选方案。在本综述中，我们考察了关于纳米结构量子比特全光控制及其相互作用的理论提议现状。这些方案有望在相干时间尺度内实现量子信息的超快光学操控。
