单层石墨烯的量子电容

摘要
求得了任意载流子密度、磁场和温度下单层石墨烯的量子电容。分析了在磁场（温度）固定（变化）以及反之亦然的情况下，量子电容的密度依赖性。将该理论与实验数据进行了比较。
