用于低密激光等离子体高灵敏度测量的二维定量阴影成像装置

摘要
我们提出一种定量阴影成像方法,可测量空气中激光产生等离子体的密度,其灵敏度与分辨率可与传统干涉测量技术相当或更优。同时进行了阴影成像与干涉测量的对比,从而允许实验评估阴影成像方法的可靠性。
