W 与 Z 生产的 q_T 不确定性

摘要
半包容性 DIS hadroproduction 的分析表明, 在 x 小于 1E-3 ~ 1E-2 时, 横向动量分布出现展宽, 可通过修正影响参数依赖夸克密度来建模. 我们研究了这些对 Tevatron 和 LHC 生产的 electroweak 玻色子的影响. 如果在 Tevatron Run-2 中前向 Z 玻色子生产中观察到显著的小-x 展宽, 这将强烈影响 LHC 生产 W 和 Z 玻色子的 q_T 分布.
