摘要
SatNEx IV 项目旨在研究卫星电信系统的中远期方向，涵盖对关键参与者有吸引力但尚不足以吸引产业界或启动专门 ESA 研发活动的任何商业或机构应用。本文总结了第一年被认定为下一代卫星通信系统极具前景的技术活动。具体而言，简要介绍了极高吞吐量卫星中继、全双工与多极化系统的物理层进展、网络编码应用以及信息中心网络的多址方案。针对所有活动，我们明确了所研究的场景以及有待进一步研究的初步技术方案。
