摘要
采用 Martinez 型展宽-压缩器来修正在 8.2 {\mu}m 波长发射、光谱带宽超过 100 cm-1、高功率(~1 W)的 QCL 频梳的光谱相位。利用该方案,我们展示了将 QCL 输出从 134 ps 连续波形压缩为一列宽度 12 ps 的脉冲,以及峰值与平均值功率比为 40.7。对自由运行器件相位噪声的评估得出在 20 kHz - 100 MHz 频率范围内积分时序抖动为 335 fs,以及脉冲间抖动为 2.0 fs。
