早期新冠病例地点中的邻近性确认偏差

摘要
对与华南海鲜市场有已知关联的早期新冠病例和没有已知关联的病例到该市场的距离进行比较，结果显示与缺乏邻近性确认偏差的地点模型明显不符。差异的符号反而与存在较大此类确认偏差的模型一致。在这种偏差存在的情况下，基于病例地点聚类的推断变得不可靠。
