一种用于 COVID-19 的平价压力控制应急机械呼吸机原型

摘要

我们提出一种简单机械呼吸机可行原型,用作对 COVID-19 患者通气的最后手段。该原型实现了压力控制持续强制通气模式(PC-CMV),具有可设定的呼吸频率、吸/呼时间比以及 FiO2 调节。尽管以安全为前提,该设计旨在最小化技术部件的使用,且所用部件在工业中常见,因此其构建在物流短缺或中断时期,或在技术材料获取受限的地区以及以中等成本(对低收入国家可负担)成为可能。该装置的大部分可通过一般技术手段制造,并提供了构建方案。
